B3CC1 MILESTONE: WHEN VISION BECOMES REALITY IN THE HEART OF STARLAKE

22/04/2026

On April 22, 2026, Daewoo E&C officially inaugurated the B3CC1 complex in the Starlake Urban Area. Attended by high-ranking officials from Vietnam and Korea, the event marks a significant milestone in the strategy to create a world-class administrative and commercial center in Hanoi.

In the solemn atmosphere at Starlake City, we – the Daewoo E&C Vina team – together witnessed a truly proud moment: The Completion Ceremony of the B3CC1 Complex Project. This is not merely the completion of a construction building, but the crystallization of friendship, trust, and relentless efforts over the past time.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony of the B3CC1 complex with the participation of Government representatives and high-ranking officials from both countries.

The ceremony took place in a warm atmosphere with the presence of great friends. We were honored to welcome Mr. Kim Yun-deok – Korean Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and Mr. Truong Viet Dung – Vice Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee. Especially, the presence and sincere sharing of Mr. Jung Won Ju – Chairman of Daewoo E&C Group sent a strong message about a cohesive future.

Standing before the B3CC1 project today, we see a modern multi-functional complex rising 35 stories high in the new administrative center of the capital. With a scale of over 21,000 square meters and a total floor area of 150,213 square meters, this place promises to be a vibrant destination, harmoniously combining Grade A office spaces, a bustling commercial center, and 540 luxurious 5-star hotel rooms. Every square meter at B3CC1 carries the dedication of its creators, with a total investment of nearly 9 trillion VND (approximately $350 million USD), proving Daewoo E&C’s long-term commitment to the S-shaped land.

Mr. Jung Won Ju – Chairman of Daewoo E&C Group, delivering the strategic vision speech at the event.

In his inspiring speech, Chairman Jung Won Ju referred to B3CC1 as an important “catalyst”, attracting other giants from Korea to invest and develop together with Vietnam. He emphasized that this project is not just soulless concrete blocks but a core platform to connect the community, create jobs, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the locality. In particular, the proximity to diplomatic and administrative agencies also opens up opportunities for B3CC1 to become a “K-Maru” – a symbol of a unique cultural and economic intersection.

The event concluded with a ribbon-cutting ceremony amidst enthusiastic applause, marking a new, hopeful beginning for Starlake City. We believe that B3CC1 will not just be a place to work or rest, but will become a part of Hanoi’s dynamic rhythm of life, where new success stories begin to be written.

We sincerely thank all our associates, partners, and friends who have accompanied us to create this brilliant milestone.
