Hanoi, April 21, 2026 – As a key highlight of the Korea – Vietnam Co-Prosperity Partnership Forum held at the Sheraton Hanoi West Hotel, Daewoo E&C officially signed the Framework Agreement for the Public-Private Consultative Group to develop the “Korea-Vietnam New City” project.
The signing ceremony was a focal point of the official agenda, taking place immediately following the Appreciation Plaque Presentation Ceremony between the two government bodies. The event was honored by the direct witnessing of high-ranking officials from both nations: Mr. Kim Yun-duk, Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT, Korea), and Mr. Le Anh Tuan, Deputy Minister of the Vietnam Ministry of Construction (MOC).

This signing marks a strategic leap in forming a large-scale urban development alliance:
