The developer of the premium Starlake The Prime K8CT1 apartment project has announced a partnership with BoConcept — a Danish furniture brand with more than 70 years of history, present in over 60 countries. BoConcept will handle the interiors of two show apartments and provide design-style consultancy for the project ahead of its market launch
Thanks to a complete alignment in design language and philosophy of serving an elite clientele. This harmonious collaboration not only completes the picture of premium living at Starlake The Prime, but also serves as a bridge bringing renowned Danish interior style to Hanoi’s elite resident community.
What stands out in this partnership is not simply that an international furniture brand is participating in an apartment project, but that both sides are names that have already established their standing in their respective premium segments — and have found in each other a shared resonance

Why the Project Developer Chose to Partner with BoConcept
A premium living space is not necessarily defined by elaborate detail or the sheer number of furniture pieces. Value can come from how efficiently every square meter is organized, how light, color and materials interact with one another, or simply the sense of privacy one feels coming home
The two design philosophies brought into Starlake The Prime K8CT1 meet at the intersection of the project’s Korean-influenced approach to spatial organization and BoConcept’s Danish design spirit. The developer expects this combination to add a further layer of experience to the project ahead of its market launch
This philosophy is seen as well suited to Starlake The Prime K8CT1, a project offering a variety of apartment configurations, from one to four bedrooms as well as penthouses. With BoConcept’s consultancy, each owner can create their own version of a living space, rather than apartments finished to a single uniform template
What Makes BoConcept See a Fit with Starlake The Prime
Conversely, Starlake The Prime K8CT1 is also a deliberate destination for BoConcept in the Hanoi market. The project sits within the Starlake Tay Ho Tay urban area, where only about 16% of the land is allocated to residential use, with the remainder prioritized for administrative centers, offices, hotels and commercial development — a rare planning ratio that creates a resident community whose living standards and aesthetic sensibilities align with the clientele BoConcept serves globally

Also present within this Starlake urban area are international brands such as Takashimaya – West Lake Square, Thiso Mall with E-mart, the Shilla Monogram hotel, and Grade-A IFC offices… forming an integrated area for living, working and entertainment right in the heart of Hanoi.
This is also the next project in the Starlake The Prime sub-zone, following K8HH1 — a project that was successfully launched for sale late last year, demonstrating the real appeal of this sub-zone to the customer segment BoConcept is targeting
In particular, BoConcept regards the resident community at Starlake The Prime as belonging to one of Hanoi’s most distinctive customer segments — owners with an exceptionally refined, exacting and discerning aesthetic sense. This is precisely the ideal target customer base that BoConcept has always aspired to reach, win over, and offer Danish-standard living space solutions.
One Space, Two Design Languages
The collaboration between two brands both pursuing high standards — one well-versed in the spatial-organization thinking of the Asian market, the other experienced in Nordic interior design — is expected to deliver a distinctive living experience for residents, rather than an interior space that feels like an ordinary standard installation
In the show apartment, the living room, dining room and kitchen are arranged as a continuous LDK (Living-Dining-Kitchen) layout, combined with BoConcept furnishings, creating a space that is luxurious yet still warm and private. Every apartment has its own entrance foyer before opening into the main living area — a small detail that helps shape a sense of distinction from the very moment one steps through the door.

Starlake The Prime K8CT1 is the Westlake Edition of the Starlake The Prime sub-zone. Through the partnership with BoConcept, residents can look forward to a home that feels like a West Lake gallery: refined, airy and lined with comfortable furniture pieces like those on display in the show apartment

About Starlake The Prime K8CT1
Starlake The Prime K8CT1 is the next project in the Starlake The Prime sub-zone, following K8HH1 — a project that was successfully launched for sale late last year. The project is located in the Starlake Tay Ho Tay urban area in Hanoi, adjoining Vo Chi Cong Street, and is built and developed by Daewoo E&C
Starlake The Prime K8CT1 is being developed on a 23,168 sqm land plot, comprising four 23-storey apartment towers, two interconnected basement levels and 656 apartments, with a building density of 32%. Residents will have access to Starlake’s landscape system, an approximately 4.5-hectare regulating lake, along with in-complex amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, golf facilities and a children’s play area.
The project also integrates smart-home technology, allowing residents to control lighting, curtains and air conditioning via mobile devices, along with facial recognition (FaceID), guest control and remote door-opening solutions.
